Thank you to everyone who came to the meeting on January 16th! 

please have the following completed by February 1: 

  • US Lacrosse Membership: $35 annually

    • Must provide Coach with a valid US Lacrosse Membership number prior to first practice

  • Registration through the Kentucky Lacrosse Association (KLA)- you will need an active US Lacrosse number to register! If it would expire during the season, you will be declined.

player dues of $250.00 will be due February 1st- Please mail checks, or give to April or Hayle. Check made out to Woodford Lacrosse Boosters
